2018 Enrollment will begin on January 1, 2018 at 12:01 am EST. If application is received early, it will NOT be processed.

Please note: In the event of a no-show, you will be charged/billed by the school for any hotel room reserved in your name and not cancelled before 6:00 p.m. on the arrival date listed.

Registration fee for tuition and meals:
Prior to April 1: $575
After April 1: $675

Cancellations must be received by April 18, 2018 for a refund to be issued.

ENROLLMENT DEADLINE: APRIL 15, 2018
I understand the rate charged per person by Embassy Suites Downtown Indianapolis will be $119.00 single or$139.00 double plus applicable tax per night. Group reservations will be made with individual payment to the hotel. You will receive confirmation of your reservation from the National Egg Quality School. All rooms are non-smoking.
